Eat Real Food

Yep, optimal health is that easy to achieve. Well, it isn’t easy actually. It’s simple. But not easy.

Eating Real Food implies to remove “Ultra Processed Foods” from your diet. The extreme form of a Real Food Diet is a Paleo Diet. Eat nothing that didn’t exist 10.000 years ago. I do believe that it can be a bit more inclusive than that by including “Good Processed Foods”. Becomes confusing now? The below graphic should help.

By avoiding the right column of Ultra Processed Foods, you are removing added sugars and “bad fats” from your diet.

Focusing on the left column will increase your protein intake and focus on “healthy fats”. You can then compliment this with some good Processed Foods in order to make your diet more balanced.
